Who is Steven Bogle?
With having over 15 years of Aerospace Manufacturing experience. Steven Bogle has worked under many different roles over that time frame. With just starting out as just a General Worker doing basic things like scanning parts with a barcode scanner to now running a Multi-Million-Dollar CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machine and at one point of time, Steven lead a team of super stars in the CNC area.
Leader and Lifetime Learner
One, two, three, or even 20 people. Steven has a natural ability to Lead others to become Leaders themselves. But that doesn't mean it's easy, it takes hard work and dedication to Lead, care, and ultimately be humble with others and yourself. Which happens to be the next section, be a lifetime learner. Leaders don't just lead; they learn from others. That is exactly what Steven Bogle does just daily.
